Enjoy the long weekend! We're heading up to the lake house today and then coming back to Kansas City on Monday to celebrate the 4th at Dan's cousin Amy's house. The 4th is a huuuuuge deal in Dan's family and he has been relatively depressed for the past two summers when he couldn't go home for the 4th, so I'm excited to see what it's all about.
